Booking Policy

Adorn Me Studio

To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, please review the following policies prior to booking your appointment.

Deposits

Deposits are required at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Deposits are applied toward your total service cost

  • Appointments are not secured until the deposit is received

Rescheduling

All appointments are final.

  • Appointments cannot be changed or rescheduled once booked

  • If you need a different date, time, or service, a new appointment must be booked

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so using the link in your confirmation email.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% service charge

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total

  • No-shows will be restricted from future bookings

Late Policy

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled

  • You will forfeit your deposit and be charged the full service amount

If we are able to accommodate you after 10 minutes:

  • A $30 late fee will be applied

Sew-In Extensions Policy

Adorn Me Studio exclusively installs our Adorn Me extension line.

If bringing previously used extensions:

  • Must be clean, dry, detangled, and free of thread and product

  • Seamless tracks must be kept in the original installation order

Failure to meet these requirements will result in a “Shampoo My Extensions” service being added to your appointment.

Guests

To maintain a professional and relaxing environment:

  • No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced

Scheduling Adjustments

In the event of gaps within the schedule, your appointment time may be adjusted by 30 minutes to 1 hour.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree that your appointment time may be modified if necessary.
