By accessing this website, booking services, or purchasing products from Adorn Me Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Appointments

All appointments must be booked through our official booking system.

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment

  • Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened or canceled appointments

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be canceled within the time stated in our Booking Policy

  • Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit or additional fees

  • No-shows will forfeit any deposits paid and will be charged the remaining balance

3. Product Sales (Hair Extensions)

All product sales are final.

Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene reasons:

  • We do not offer refunds

  • Exchanges may be considered only if the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Adorn Me Studio is not responsible for improper installation, maintenance, or misuse of products once purchased.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all products

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice

5. Pickup Orders

  • Customers must schedule a pickup time by contacting us

  • A valid ID matching the name on the order is required at pickup

  • Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to cancellation

6. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be applied to all taxable items in accordance with the laws of California.

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse, copy, or exploit any content without permission

  • Not to engage in any unlawful or harmful activity

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant hair or scalp conditions prior to services.
