Returns, Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Adorn Me Studio, we are committed to providing premium hair extensions and a seamless client experience. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final (Hair Extensions)
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene reasons, all product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We may allow an exchange under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unworn, and unopened
All original packaging, including ties and seals, remains intact
The request is made within 3 days of purchase or delivery
All items must be returned in original condition before an exchange is approved. If these conditions are not met, the item will not be eligible.
Return Shipping (Exchanges)
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for approved exchanges. Adorn Me Studio does not provide prepaid return labels.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
If an incorrect or defective item was received, please contact us within 48 hours. In such cases, we will provide further instructions and may cover return shipping.
Shipping Orders
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items and up to 10 business days for pre-order items.
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier and location
Once an order has been shipped, Adorn Me Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
You will receive tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Pickup Orders
In-stock items may be available for same-day pickup during business hours
Pickup must be scheduled in advance by texting the number provided in the confirmation email
A valid ID matching the name on the order is required

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to cancellation.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or believe your order is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
